Maurice Southworth Director of Production at New England Biolabs Curtis took the survey results and in a joint session with a colleague gave insightful and helpful comments on my abilities both learned and inherited. The session involved a very open three way discussion that I believe helped both myself and my colleague gain a better understanding of each others traits and behavioral styles that will lead to an improved working relationship.
