Curtis Sprouse is exceptional at what he does - coaching individuals on key areas they need to change in order for them to achieve better communication, improved negotiations, increased efficiency in daily interactions, and ultimately better results in their professional and personal lives. I have really enjoyed working with Curtis and having him walk me through a very detailed and precise survey called EurekaConnect Behavioral Dynamics (ECBD) and in coaching me and my team on how we can make improvements in areas where we have identified gaps. Our work lives today are very complex and too many people in the workplace are accepting the status-quo of only making it through their hectic days, when instead, we should be using tools such as ECBD to make improvements and achieve our full potential.
