The Eureka Connect Behavioral Dynamics Program (ECBD) helps to reflect on opportunities to improve our personality, behavior and leadership skills. It is important in high performance teams to develop high values and trust. The ECBD program helps to identify focused behavior areas to develop, that will impact in our leadership.
