Curtis worked with our team - individually and as a group - to assess our personality traits, to relate them to our work styles, and addresses our individual and collective strengths and shortcomings. I was initially concerned that this introspective process might "open Pandora's Box" undermining the trust the team had established and lead to obsessive analysis of every personal interaction. Instead, it provided objective measures of our individual strengths and weaknesses and revealed how we could support each other in our daily activities and build a cohesive, well-rounded, and effective team. I found the assessment itself to be robust and Curtis' interpretation of the results very insightful. When he recommended that we share our results amongst the team and openly discuss them as a group, I was again concerned about its impact on the fabric of the team, but with his guidance it proved to be a critical element of the process.
