I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Curtis several years ago when we utilized the ECBD framework with my previous employer. I was very impressed by the depth of data that the program provides, and when overlaid with Curtis’s expertise you walk away with a better awareness of yourself and which areas you need to focus on to become a better leader. What was really impactful was to see how outside events (COVID etc) can influence your behavior dynamics - armed with this knowledge you can make adjustments in difficult situations.
