I found significant value in the Eureka Connect Behavioral Dynamics program assessment at a personal level. The findings weren't exactly a revelation, as a seasoned exec, the analysis was very instructive in enforcing points that I had heard in the past and crystallized them into some action steps that I’ve found useful for day to day practical application. It was also useful to better understand the differences between "genetic" tendencies, and learned behaviors. The upfront and follow up time commitments for the initial assessment are minimal, and Curtis is extraordinarily articulate and instructive in providing one-on-one coaching insights.
