Success story for Michael McAvoy

Earlier this year had the chance with my colleagues to work with Curtis and Eureka Connect Behavioral Dynamics. Thru a series of short diagnostic tools to identify what makes you, you, Curtis connected with each of us individually to develop a plan to focus on areas to accelerate leadership potential. With great coaching from Curtis, I had an immediate opportunity with a project I am leading to focus on my areas of development.
