The Eureka Connect Behavioral Dynamics Program (ECBD) was instrumental for my team. It helped identify opportunities to increase our team effectiveness and enhance leadership skills. It also gave us a common language to discuss our development – giving us understanding of why some areas were working great, while shedding light on how we could improve communication/processes in other capacities. Additionally, working with Curt and Kyla was a great experience. Having a global team, they were able to keep us on track and engaged.
