ECBD (Eureka Connect Behavior Dynamics) is an instrument which identifies an individual’s inherent and nurtured/developed characteristics. It helps to identify team dynamics through individual BD. ECBD is particularly helpful to managers/leaders to effectively manage and lead their team through objective criteria. ECBD provides insight, for the managers/leaders, in to the strengths and development opportunities for each individual on their team. The managers/leaders can then develop appropriate development opportunity for each individual on the team for greater productivity and efficiency.
