Success story for Denise Snyder

My leadership team in the Duke Office of Clinical Research participated in the Eureka Connect Program over the past year. We each completed our own profiles and did a team profile. This has strengthened our team and our office. As the leader of this team, I've watched our office grow both in the management and staffing teams. We're seeing integration amongst teams, improved communication and overall dedication to the vision. I believe our participation of this program has jump-started a major overhaul of our research support office. We planted the seeds and Eureka Connect gave us some great fertilizer! We continue to leverage our efforts across Duke so we can be the model for all types of support offices at Duke
