I found the Eureka Connect Individual Development plan a very useful tool to identify my Behavioral Trait's strengths and challenges. The feedback you gave, has allowed me to hone in on and adjust certain aspects of learned behavior that will help me be a more effective leader, this is especially relevant for me now as I start in a new role and a new company.
