The EurekaConnect Behavorial Dynamics program was a valuable excercise in helping me better understand who I am and why I make the decisions I do. Curt's post assessment consultation really helped put the data from my assessment into context. He provided real examples of why aspects of my personality/behaviors are beneficial to me and my organization and why some would be more effective if I approached them in a different manner.
