I have worked with Curt well over a decade and have tremendous respect for him as a person and for the services and tools provided by EurekaConnect. The EurikaConnect Behavioral Dynamics (ECBD) program is just one such example. I went through the program myself and found it to be very enlightening. It is an incredible tool for helping you understand why we do what we do and the post assessment consultation is invaluable in helping one understand themselves. I have managed numerous teams, including sales forces, over my career and would have loved to have had this tool to enable them to increase their effectiveness.
